During the tours, Sucia and your tour guide will be able to assist you.  En Route to the School and at the Summer English Camp, your school will assign a FAO (Foreign Affairs Officer) to assist with daily life and adjusting in cooperation with Nova Language who manages the summer program for BESI LLC.  During the Hangzhou portion after the camp is finished, you will largely be on your own, Nova Language and our BESI program Coordinator will be available to assist you during your free time.  Of course, feel free to contact the USA office anytime and share your experience.  Richard Zhou and Keith Curran will work on the other side of the pond and be available in case of any emergency or urgent situation.     Enjoy Yourselves!

My name is Sucia (Shen Yan). I’m 22 years old. I have been studying English for 11 years, I have been teaching English for more than two years. I’m the Program Coordinator for BESI LLC in China.

For the period of the time that you are touring in China,  I will be responsible for your translation needs and more. It will be my pleasure to be able to accommodate on your trip to China. As you know we will be visiting Shanghai, Hangzhou and Beijing. I will be joining you on these trips and making sure you experience the great things these cities have to offer.
