The TEFL Institute interactive course is
120 hours of TEFL
Certification training. It is comprised of
100 hours of online
coursework covering
classroom lesson planning, and practice sessions in an interactive virtual classroom
community; plus every graduate must complete
20 hours of practicum experience
by
volunteering as a tutor or instructor at an EFL/ESL Clinic in their community
or by working abroad.
We provide every successful graduate with ESL Teaching placement assistance.
Our TEFL Certificate recognized by the major accreditation and recognition TEFL
organizations. Upon completion of the course
you will have a lifetime of placement assistance and support in locating teaching
projects abroad.
The TEFL Institute can offer highly structured and volunteer English Teaching projects
in over 16 countries. These programs are geared to candidates seeking 2 to 12 week assignments
as volunteer English Teaching instructors in Argentina, Brazil,
Chile, China, Costa
Rica, France, Spain, and many other countries. Participants in the TEFL Interactive course are enrolled in a virtual online classroom
through Blackboard.com.
Participants work complete the course at their pace. They
are given 60 days to complete the course and can extend the course completion
date to as long as a year for a nominal fee.
Your course instructor maintains online
office hours and is available by telephone to answer your questions. The TEFL Interactive Course is an innovative and comprehensive
course that exceeds the basic online TEFL Instruction offered by other companies.
It is the first of its kind in the TEFL field that allows participants to learn
in a virtual classroom environment monitored by a certified instructor. Participants
who complete the course successfully will be awarded the TEFL Institute's Self-Paced
Certification that enables them to teach worldwide. Most participants will complete the course in about 30
to 60 days. Other participants may take a little longer. Your TEFL Institute instructor
will help you through this process.
